He started Inspire360 Leadership Group to change the workforce with transformational leadership training. Through Inspire360 Leadership Group, he delivers keynote speeches, workplace seminars, coaching workshops, customer service training, and corporate consultations. His goal is to prepare today's workforce for tomorrow's challenges. Carl is a Certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach. He has also received extensive training from the Theocratic Ministry School and Washington University in St. Louis, where he received a Degree in Communications and Journalism.
